The Duo uses the modern USB Type-C port (although it also has a traditional USB Type-A port for convenience) as well as the USB 3.2 Gen 2 protocol, which delivers a theoretical and eye-popping 10 Gbps. While the Duo is shipped with our suggested RAID 1 setting, it can always be reconfigured to RAID 0, JBOD, or SPAN.
